1.Where do we deliver the goods to?
Global Delivery: We support shipping to most countries/regions around the world (see the list of countries on the checkout page).

2.Processing and shipping time

4.Tariffs and Import duties
✨DDP (Duty Paid) : For orders with the “Tax-inclusive channel” option, taxes are included in the total price and no additional payment is required.
✨DDU (Duty not paid) : Duties may be incurred by other logistics methods and shall be paid by the buyer upon receipt of goods (subject to customs notice).

5.How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive the tracking number and the link of the logistics company (such as DHL, USPS).
Click the link or check the real-time logistics status through Track.
If there is no update for a long time, please contact customer service (with order number attached), and we will assist in following up.
6.What should I do if the package is delayed or not received?
Customs delay: Please contact the local customs or logistics company for customs clearance assistance.
Logistics anomaly: If the package exceeds the estimated delivery time and has not been updated within 7 days, please contact us in time for verification.
Lost package guarantee: If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will resend it for free or refund it (depending on your choice).
