• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Digital and downloadable items like PDF patterns are not accepted.

• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• You will receive instructions on how to send back your items.
3. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
